RSD will be using a new transportation app, Stopfinder, this school year. Stopfinder is the easy-to-use, all-in-one app that allows you to have the most accurate information about your student’s bus schedule at any time from anywhere.

What the App Can Do

• View your student’s daily transportation assignments

• Securely share your student’s schedule with other family members or babysitters

• Receive notifications and updates related to transportation

• Send messages to the Transportation Department through the app

Rollout:

RSD Transportation will be starting the process with Students who utilize RSD Transportation in the London Area on the week of December 9, 2024. Other schools/areas will follow at a later date. Families will be notified before each school/area begins utilizing Stopfinder. 

London Area Families that Utilize RSD Transportation: Watch for a Stopfinder invitation, which will be sent to your primary email address on file on Monday December 9th. 

1. Activate your account

   • An invitation will be sent from the RSD Transportation Department to each student's primary parent/guardian email.

   • Please contact your student’s school to make a change to your primary email address.

2. Install the Stopfinder App.

3. View your student's schedule and share it with caregivers.

4. Create GeoAlerts, configure Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Alerts and receive attendance notifications.

5. Easily and securely communicate with RSD Transportation Department in the app.
