Strategic Plan
Introduction to the Process
During the 2022-2023 school year, the Russellville School District hired Education Partners to develop a strategic plan for the District.
On Wednesday, April 26th, the RSD and Education partners hosted a Strategic Planning Launch with a large gathering of school board members, central office administrators, school principals, teachers, parents, community members, and students. Afterwards, over several weeks, Education Partners conducted a series of one-on-one interviews with stakeholders and a review of a variety of data from surveys and other reports that had been conducted throughout the school year.
With the findings reported by Education Partners, RSD Leadership and the RSD Board of Education created the following mission and goals to commit to for the future of the District.

The Russellville School District and the greater community will ensure the promise of the RSD Graduate.
