Statement from RSD Board President
The Russellville School District Board of Education conducted their Annual Review of Interim Superintendent, Andrew Vining, Tuesday night, January 11, 2022. The review took place during the executive session of the regularly scheduled board meeting. The Board of Education had an obligation to the district and Mr. Vining to complete this action before February 1st.
The Board of Education concluded that Mr. Vining has met and is exceeding expectations. The challenges upon his arrival were noted, as well as accomplishments he has made in such a short time. Mr. Vining applauded our district for their willingness to help overcome obstacles and move forward. He also stated that there is still progress to be made, and the right team is in place to make that happen.
